1MMillionth Rep

Terms of use

The rules for using Millionth Rep: who provides it, who takes payment, how to leave and what you are entitled to.

Last updated: 2026-10-31

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Rafał Bajda, Przeworska 9b/62, 04-382 Warszawa, Polska, Poland, registered in CEIDG (Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej), NIP (tax ID): 1133016791, REGON: 386531184.

Contact for everything: support@millionthrep.com.

2. What the app is and is not

Millionth Rep counts your daily push-ups on the way to a million. It sets a daily minimum from your own test and holds you to it.

It is not a medical device or medical advice, and the plan does not take your health into account. If in doubt, ask a doctor, and stop if you feel pain or get injured. The app has a pause for exactly that.

3. Account

An account is optional. Without one, your progress is stored only on your phone and is lost with it.

You create an account by signing in with Apple or Google. Your progress is then copied to our server so it survives a new phone. We create no passwords.

The app is meant for people aged 16 and over.

You can delete all data, including the server account, in the app settings. Deletion cannot be undone.

4. Rules of use

Use the app lawfully and in line with these terms. Do not disrupt the service, bypass its security or impersonate anyone. You enter your own results and are responsible for their truth.

5. Subscription and payment

Using the app after onboarding requires a subscription. List prices are $5.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The store shows the final price in your currency, with taxes, before you buy.

The store may offer new users 14 days free. Unless you cancel before that period ends, the store charges you.

The seller of the subscription is Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The store takes the payment and renews automatically. We never see your card number.

The store charges the price shown at purchase to your store account. The subscription renews for another period of the same length unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

You manage and cancel the subscription in your store settings, not in an account in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. In Google Play: Payments and subscriptions. After cancelling, access lasts until the end of the paid period.

Use of an app downloaded from the App Store is also subject to the standard Apple licence agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. When a subscription ends

The app then shows only the subscription screen and reminders stop. We do not delete your data, and you can still delete it yourself.

If you subscribe again, the days without access count as a pause, so they do not cost you your streak.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. As the store is the seller, you request a refund from the store: at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Google Play.

We cannot refund or reverse a charge taken by the store ourselves. If the store refuses, or you are not sure how to do it, write to support@millionthrep.com and we will help.

8. Complaints

Send complaints about how the app works to support@millionthrep.com. Say what is wrong and what you expect. We reply within 14 days; if we do not, the complaint is treated as accepted.

The service must conform to the contract, and consumers have the statutory rights that follow from that. Complaints about the payment itself are handled by the store.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot agree, consumers in Poland can use mediation at the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection and free help from a local consumer ombudsman. See UOKiK: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Consumers elsewhere can contact the consumer body in their own country. These routes are voluntary and do not take away your right to go to court.

10. Availability and liability

The app works without internet, but the server copy needs a connection and may be temporarily unavailable, for example during maintenance. You adapt the pace and load of your exercise to what you can do. We do not limit our liability to consumers where the law forbids it.

11. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design and content are protected by law. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the app for your own purposes for as long as the contract lasts. Your data stays yours.

12. Ending the contract

You can end the contract at any time by cancelling the subscription and deleting your data in the app. We can suspend an account or end the contract only for a good reason: a serious breach of these terms, acting to harm the service or other users, or a legal obligation. We give 14 days' notice and the reason, unless the law requires us to act immediately.

13. Changes

We announce material changes in the app at least 30 days in advance, with the reason. If you disagree, you can cancel the subscription before they take effect.

14. Governing law

Polish law applies, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes with consumers go to the court competent under general rules. These terms exist in Polish and English; if they differ, the Polish version prevails.
